Generally good, however when a DLC code that was meant to be included in the pack was missing, they were rude and rubbish. Took no responsibity and tried to fob it off on on to another company. They said that if an item is incomplete, they do not offer a refund or exchange if the item has been opened. This is in breach of a consumer's rights. Only once i told them that all communication with them had been documented and that if they didn't resolve ASAP, i would take legal action, that they resolved my issue quickly. Overall a good company with fast deliveries and cheap prices, but don't expect good customer service if something goes wrong.

awful website i wouldnt reccomend ordered a game early november is now early december have been told would be in stock on the 25th novmeber wasnt the case. This website was also advertising as being in stock around this time too and clearly wasnt. very poor

I got a very good price, £5 cheaper than the well known video game sellers, and it arrived quickly. In Coolshop's terms and conditions it says that they're a foreign company (even though you're ordering from a co.uk website) so you may be charged a small fee by your card company - I wasn't charged anything, would definitely use again.
