My cashback Claim has been rejected by this merchant saying that tab was not the last channel used for the sale, whatever that means? To me it is just some random reason not to pay the cashback. So do not expect cashback when you use this company or as I am doing NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

Had my cashback declined, have put a claim in for it. This merchant seems to decline cashback very often with no reason given. So be aware when purchasing from them they may decline your cashback.

Cashback declined, despite fact that no coupons were used, I have bought from this company before, but never using cashback and there is nothing to say that cashback would only be given to first purchases, I will now, not use Coopers of Stortford again as a matter of priciple

I bought 2 barometers from Coopers, Only one tracked so I claimed on the other one. The one that tracked correctly was subsequently declined. The second one, the one I had to claim on has now been paid.
