i spent £111.67 on a first order for two pairs of shoes for my mum and my cashback of £12.40 was declined even though i never left the site and completed the order on the correct site through the topcash site. very unhappy with this.

Not happy with Cosyfeet. Have ordered on behalf of my Mum once before so decided to order something for myself. Cashback of £3.52 now declined because they don't pay unless it's your first order. Doesn't say this anywhere in the cashback info for Cosyfeet and I think they are being stingy. Customer loyalty obviously counts for nothing.
Of the products I bought, the socks are good quality but not the shade of blue expected from the online swatch. The adjustable, folding walking stick however is not up to much. I don't feel it's solid enough and the metal feels quite thin. It's a black and white print design yet it came with a brown rubber end - doh! Style savvy, not. Thank goodness I only paid half price for it in their sale. It'll do for a spare.

I have been buying from Cosy feet for a number of years now.I would highly recommend anyone who has trouble with socks digging into their legs and leaving marks to give the comfort socks a try.They may seem expensive compared to normal socks, but believe me you will not be dissapointed, they are great. You also have a choice of regular or extra room fitting .Cotton rich or wool and a variety of different styles and colours.They cater for both Men and Women so give them a try.You will be glad that you did.

Initially this transaction didn't track, but TopCashBack followed it up very efficiently when I raised it. I am very happy with the product, however and the speed it was delivered at was impressive. I would definitely use Cosyfeet again.

not impressed that the cashback is not worked out on the price you paid, they deduct the VAT and postage costs so you only get a percentage of the rest!
