Spend over £30 and you can benefit from free delivery (standard), which will see your order arrive within 2-4 working days. Next day and named day options are also available for some products. Next day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm Monday-Saturday or midday on Sunday, while they do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. Select a specific date to suit you with named day delivery, and if you order before 2pm, you can choose the next day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

You may find that if your order multiple items, one or more could show a different delivery time, which could be because an item is out of stock. As an alternative to delivery, if an item is held in stock in their stores, you can order online and collect at your chosen Cotswold Outdoor branch in as little as one hour. When collecting your item, you will need to take with you your order confirmation, a form of identification and the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

With the Parcelforce Convenient Collect service, which is free for orders over £30, you can pick up your purchases from more than 10,500 UK Post Office locations. If your product is available for this service, the option will be highlighted on the product or checkout page. Just choose your local collection point and pick up once they have informed you by SMS or email that it is ready for collection. You will need to take along the booking reference number (on the order confirmation or dispatch email) and a valid form of photo ID.
