7 months after registering claim & top cash back still awaiting retialer to respond! Numerous nudges have not changed anything which is a pity as instore Cotswold are great. Just received catalogue through post from them stating i am a loyal customer, this being the case should they not improve their online service to marry their thoughts of myself, dissapointed to say the least with Cotswold & cashback experience.

I was expecting more cashback but having read "frequently asked questions" I see that some retailers only pay cashback on ex-VAT price, which explains the discrepancy. Just be aware it appears Cotswold may be one of these.

Still waiting for cashback from transaction in June 2010 - and yes that is 13 months ago. Raised with TCB ages ago - and despite several nudges since no news, or feedback, at all. Not very inspiring performance by Cotswold Outdoor - or by TCB.

Two orders placed Jan/Feb 2011. Now in July 2011 and neither have tracked. I have claims in for both, but they have been outstanding for 3+ months with no movement.

Just so you know even though cashback was traced OK, it was reported w/o VAT which lead to a lower cashback rate.

Overall good service. One item I ordered and was shown in stock, was in fact out of stock and not being repurchased.
Point to note is that any contact via email from the company does not contain their name in the Title or From sections, its just a persons name, so my emails went straight in the Junk box.
