Like others, cashback declined
Used to use cotton traders as they were pretty cheap compared to the high street and got cashback. Last few years their prices are not so good and cashback always declined so may as well pay a couple of pounds more for better quality on the high street

Base cashback has processed properly. However, I was expecting "New Customer" cashback the claim for which remains outstanding after 6 months with no response from the merchant. Disappointing.t.
