Absolute shambles from order to delivery
I purchased with them partly because of the cashback offer - which they declined despite the item still being in my garden and no conflicting discount codes etc. In addition to that, they messed the delivery up not once but twice, blamed it on a system failure, and I spent the nigh on two hours on the phone with them trying to sort it all out, with great difficulty. What an absolute shambles, and would never buy anything from them ever again.

My cash back has been declined before ive even received the goods, which have taken longer than expected. Wont bother using Cox & Cox again out of principle.

No cashback received, order took 2 weeks to arrive and a small box of baubles came in a box big enough to put av42” telly in, this is not a very environmentally friendly company!,
