I am waiting for cashback from Create & Craft for items bought in December as it was offering a better cashback than going through Ideal World.
I have now gone back to going through the Topcashback Ideal World link. Once Ideal World has opened I scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Create & Craft' under other web sites.

A lot of pending cashback going back six months but no actual payments received. There is a lot of negative feedback about this firm on the 'net as regards their products and service. Personally I know from experience their customer service is just a joke.

Had 3 orders in September, all of them tracked and all 3 of them are still stuck on pending! Has anyone ever actually been paid from create and craft? Topcashback have done nothing about it so complete waste of time.

Not impressed - the cashback from this company is as useful as the customer service offered. Missing parcels, no cashback and customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. TopCashBack working hard to get the cashback promised...but I am not sure it will be forthcoming. Fingers crossed
