I have to say this is seemed like a really efficient and professional retailer; cashback tracked fine and was confirmed promptly, and the service they offered was actually really good - I signed up purely for the trial and, although I'm not sure I would use the report enough to justify a monthly susbcription, it was well presented and easy to understand.

Not really what I was after. They make you pay for the bit that actually has your 'credit score' on it. When you try to cancel your membership they attempt to scare you into staying with them and make it a little tricky to cancel, but it's worth it for the free cashback.
