What a bargain - I signed up, checked my credit report and then just a couple of hours later emailed them to cancel. They replied acknowledging my cancellation but saying that I'd still get my full month's free trial - and this acknowledgement email arrived BEFORE the "Welcome to Credit Expert" one! Tracking worked fine too.

This company gave great service even when I called to cancel free trial. I found info in report interesting, it was good to make sure everything was OK. Cash back has confirmed but should have been ready for payment by 30 June now that date seems to have changed to 31 July! Will I ever get paid I wonder?

Wasted 2 weeks of the free trial waiting for a promised PIN that never arrived.
The credit report didn't seem to go back very far in time. It was not comprehensive in my case, so I'd need to repeat the process at the other agencies.
Not looking forward to trying to cancel membership before payment starts...
