This took longer than expected to receive cashback, I made my booking in October, went on holiday in January and got my cashback in April. - Cashback received 12 weeks after I came back form holiday

Used cash back twice for crystal ski both times have been refused cash back, no reason was given, but it took them a year to tell me. After recent holiday with them, will not be using them again!
