Bought in March 10, confirmed, but still not paid 5 months later. Is this a result of the DGM bankrupsy, if so it would be helplful if TCB tells when they will apy under their guarantee?

Does anyone that has a business account with PCWB now get redirected to Equanet? (I've been like this for a year now). Anyone knows if the cashback is still tracked? (I'm somehow doubtful).

A Transaction was made in early July 09 (with PC World Business - a laptop was bought). It was not tracked initially. A 'Missing Cashback Claim' was submitted about 3 weeks later. After waiting for more than two months, it was eventually confirmed, in late September 09. However, I'm still waiting and it hasn't been made payable :-(
