Getting the cashback tracked and carrying out the transaction was easy, but as far as customer service for currys goes it is the worst ever, i ordered a mobile phone as a present but then decided to return it for a different style, and currys just passed me from the store to a call centre and to a store again! They were very unhelpful and i would not buy from them ever again!

Almost 4 months later and my cashback has still not tracked.. it's been "waiting for retailer" for the last 3. Not impressed with Currys!

Viewed product before ordering through Top Cashback.My purchase (22" led/lcd tv) was offered to me in packaging that had obviously been dropped and squashed.I asked for and was reluctantly given another another unit.

Cashback smoothly through and payed in 9 weeks, plus a 10 % discount code. Great result, will definatly be using again. First class service and quality product, dont think it gets much better.

Awesome, the cashback experience here was perfect. I was buying an item and picking it up from the store instead of buying online - basically I needed it straight away. The Curry's website showed it cheaper than the store direct so I did a reserve and collect. And thought no more about it. However, because I'd gone through TCB they asked for my receipt details and subsequently paid the relevant cashback on the purchase even tho it wasn't an online one. Now you can't beat that for service.

Avoid currys they never pay you cashback complete waste of money and time. Even when you provide all the details about the authorisation codes for cashback they never respond or pay you.

Bought a freezer from Currys at the end of January and my cashback has failed to track. Have raised a query with TCB about the problem, but no news from anyone yet. The freezer when it arrived had three small dents on one side, which the delivery men tried to hide by placing the freezer very quickly in position against my kitchen units. As the dents cannot be seen due to position of freezer I have not complained - but I did not like the way the delivery personnel tried to hide the fact they were there.

Bought Norton Security for computer end of December at Currys using their reserve and pick-up in store method and cashback initially showed up as pending. Filled in all the necessary details on receipt and now when it is due, in fact overdue for payment it has gone to zero. Not the first time this has happened with this Company. Claim now in to TCB

Bought a laptop put in reciept number and it tracked but payable to nothing!!! whats the point? had good experience with every other retailer won't bother with curry's in future.

Bought a freezer from curry's. Reserve and collected from store. The transaction didn't track initially. With the intervention of TCB it has now been paid. Make sure that when you collect your item that you use your reservation no. & keep your receipt to hand just in case it doesn't track.
