They had the best deal available at the time of purchase for what I wanted when I took discount code & cashback into account and to be fair it was delivered on time by DHL, got email confirmations with tracking info for courier(even if there were a few too many emails some of which told me nothing new),exactly as ordered and cashback has tracked properly. I try to avoid giving this lot my money if I can help it but in this case they had the best deal and stock available for delivery...

Ordered a desktop pc, firstly noticed one of the rubber feet on the bottom was missing, rang them and they offered me a 10% refund which I was pretty happy with as we just planned to use one of the ones from our old desktop, then when recycling the box my husband noticed the specs on the label seemed off to what he had seen on the comp, so he checked, they had sent a completely different model to that I had ordered, rang them, got a rather rude and horrible person on the phone who messed me about abit and then said "oh we dont have any more in stock", not impressed at all with this experience, would advise against using this retailer

Excellent service - reserved online, went to the customer service desk the item was brought straight to me. I was informed of what I needed to enhance the product and was given an unpresseured option to buy the accessories. Very informative, excellent customer service 5* - Definitely the place to shop for value, service and of course cashback!

Cashback advertised for an "online purchase - delivery order" 6.06%
Cashback advertised for a "reserve and collect order" - 3.03%
I wanted to purchase a laptop costing nearly £400 and wanted to pay online and have the item delivered, at extra cost if necessary.
When I went through TCB to the Currys site the "reserve and collect" tab was highlighted and there was no way of changing it to "online purchase - delivery order".
Hence no oppotunity to obtain the 6.06% discount headlined.

I just tried to order a television to collect in store, as I have an insurance replacement card (what a rip off those are!). As I went through the order process, it said enter discount codes at the checkout. As I want to collect in store, it didn't give me the option to enter a code. I called Currys and they said discounts are only available for online purchases for delivery and not for reserve and collect.
This is NOT made clear anywhere on the site. I asked to cancel the order, but he just said that for Reserve & Collect, all I can do is not pick up the item. It's bad enough that I have to pay Currys higher prices, but to not get the discount offered if I was paying any other way is just another reason for not liking insurance replacement cards. If you're unlucky enough to be burgled, try and get a cash settlement even if it's lower than the value of the goods.

Purchased a TV for £699.00 on the "Reserve and Collect" scheme in 4th July 2010. Submitted the reservation number and receipt number in the correct manner on the site, and the cashback was sat in the pending column for months. Chased up with Top Cashback previously and they advised that I had just missed the cut off from Currys as the last payments received from this vendor was up to the end of June and my payment should clear soon.
Just noticed today that it is now showing "£0.00" in the payable column, i.e. Currys have declined. STEER CLEAR OF CURRYS. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
