First purchase, laptop charger was missing, their customer service centre sent me a cheap brick of a laptop charger which I was not happy about. Had to send enitre laptop back after spending an entire day setting up and then wait for a week for second laptop to be sent out.

Purchase didnt track, so contacted TCB who sorted and cashback has been paid. Other than that product is brilliant, delivery was good. Overall very good.

Due to system failure, my item for "pick up from store" was not available. We arrived at store at 5pm (they normally close 5.45) to find them shutting up due to their system problem. They unlocked and searched for my item but had sold the last 2 that morning! However, they offered me the next model up for the same price! Cannot have been better dealt with.

we did an online reserve and collect, still really easy to do cashback
just use the receipt number to verify after you pick up and pay for your item, tracked without any problem

The cashback was declined at first by Currys, even though it was all correct. After notifying top cashback of the problem and providing proof the purchase went through - it was all rectified quickly. Top marks to Top Cash Back for sorting the problem. Disappointed with Currys for the mistake!

Ordered a laptop last week, the wrong one was delivered. It is now taking an age to get through to anyone who can sort it out, have rung and sent an email 5 days ago, phoned again today, so far no one has got back to me.
