Keep reciepts as you have to go online to submit for cashback through the missing cashback query.You will need your reservation number and till reciept number,then tracks very quick.

Ordered an iron through cashback reserve and collect from Curry's at York. Had phone call confirming it was ready for collection, it couldn't have been easier. The staff at the store were so friendly and helpful especially Mike the till operator. Would recommend to anyone.
