have bought 4 items over the past year, cashback paid on first 2 but not the second 2. have submitted missing cashback claims but have been waiting a long time now. do they have a limit on how many times they pay cashback? have found the site and service otherwise fine.

It's now a year since I bought my TV. Cashback tracked initially then mysteriously disappeared in the New Year. I put in a claim and have sent several nudges. Still no news.
Beware of Currys - there's loads of comments like mine. I'd ask people not to leave comments when the cashback has tracked, but to wait until they've actually got the cash.

Click and reserve used beginning of October.......didnt show up in cashback until this morning 16/11/09 with the help of the cashback manual claim.
I would use Currys again but would definately keep an eye on things!
