There seems to be a trend developing with Currys.I have a similar experience to others who have left feedback.My cashback tracked perfectly. It become pending with £8 to pay however, when it moved to 'payable' it went to £0!
I have submitted a claim/enquiry and am still waiting for the outcome - not happy with Currys, I think they might be best avoided.

Like a previous posting my cashback tracked perfectly. I have waited from Dec 13 08 to Mar 25 09 for it to become pending, however it went to cancelled and £0! In my case it should be £14.01. Of course this is past the 50 days so investigation is awkwared/impossible, I too am waiting to find out what has happend and am not Happy. Will not use Currus in future if this is the way they behave.

tracked ok, waited from Dec 08 to mar 25 09 for it to move to pending,then it went to payable with £0!!! should have been over £7, waiting to find out what has happend. Not Happy.

Bit disappointed with my cashback experience (still not resolved due to a 'problem' with reserve & collect). I went to pick up the goods but on two separate occasions the store did not even have what I had reserved and when I went to collect it I had to accept a different colour iPod and other goods in damaged boxes (although they gave me a small discount on the damaged box items). Not good as they were Christmas presents.

Ordered Jan 9 2009 for collection from store. Despite providing all required details (receipt number etc.) the transaction has still not tracked. Manual claim hasn't worked eother. Disappointed.
