Used the collect at branch service - it was very easy to then collect the cashback, I simple had to add my receipt number.

Not so good I order two items tracked straight away the cheapest item paid very quickly the most dearest item still pending brought middle of November

NOT VERY HAPPY. Tracked very quickly for reserve and collect of an xbox 360 bundle but 2 months later its still pending even tho i validated all the right info. Now topcashback are telling me its been declined by currys. Which is pretty annoying considering i have all the proof i purchased it. Can't knock top cash back they are chasing it up for me with the retailer but i can't help but feel is CURRYS ripping people off!

easy to order on Curry's site (via topcashback). The cooker we ordered was delivered as requested several days after the order was placed. Excellent service!

There was an offer shown on their website of a £10 gift voucher if you purchased a games machine (PSP, PS3) or Ipod. This I did, but didn't get the voucher. When I contacted them about it, I was told this was an offer IN STORE only! The page on the website had been removed by then, but I check things carefully and if it said this on the website, it either can't have been clear, or was in very small print. Wasn't impressed with that. However, delivery service and cashback was prompt.

I didn't get paid, tracked ok but when it came to payable '0' went in the column. Older than 50 days so would not chase....paid via credit card, reserve and collect - entered the receipt no etc. Not a happy bunny...

Ordered a fridge to collect in store, did all that was asked of me. Cashback sat on my account for months then before it became payable was set to 0.00. Not impressed at all
