Appalling still waiting for retailer to get back toTCB 7 months after issue raised , not the first time I've had issues with them. My advice don't expect them to honour cashback.

I bought a Fitbit online from Currys PC World on 27.11.20, the cashback offer was '30% Cashback on all Fitbits' but I only received 1% cashback. I opened a ticket and am still waiting for a response 9 months later.
