Wouldn’t use again. Took 3 deliveries to get my fridge in the house and the delivery driver the second time was awful then declined my cash back for no reason whatsoever ever. Won’t bother again.

I frequently have problems getting cashback from Currys. In my experience the larger value items do not track and do not pay out the advertised amount even after raising a claim. I am currently out of pocket by over £100.

First time using this merchant - received an email saying I could win the cost of the laptop back, only to find that was an error. 3 Months after purchase Curry's have now "declined" my cashback too.

Cashback unfairly refused for no reason. TC should think about blacklisting places that are using the website for free advertising and then refusing payouts.

The terms say cashback is on the ex-vat amount, but what they don't tell you is the special offers saying "Orders over x amount" are on the ex vat value too. Completely misleading and tricked me in to purchasing something that now cost me £42 more than I was expecting.

Haven't had the best experience with Currys PC World awarding cashback, my last successful claim was 2013! Have made at least 3 or 4 separate purchases over the years since then and each has been rejected. I don't expect to ever receive cashback from this merchant sadly but it is always worth a try.

Currys declined my cashback payment despite my claim being completely valid. They simply stated i did not visit them via TopCashback. There is no recourse for any dispute on this, even though they are clearly making this up. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CASHBACK OFFERS!

Would not trust them as far as I could throw them, never had this problem with any other provider and I have been with top cash back for years. Very dishonest - take care when dealing with this lot.
