Cashback rejection after 6 months is a joke - I have receipts to prove the transaction, it is conincidentally the only one over 100 pounds and the only 1 have rejected.

AVOID CURRYS - THEY ALWAYS DECLINE AFTER WAITING FOR MONTHS!! Currys have by far the worst score and complaints regarding declining payout! I've given all the order numbers and all information required. My transaction tracked for several months and then just disappeared! I lodged a claim and it was declined. I disputed this and raised a claim again, this was confirmed again for months and then all of a sudden its declined because they can't trace my transaction!!! Total B.S!! I have the receipt AND extended warranty that i paid for right here. I'm happy to photograph both - what more proof do they need for god's sake? I'm really not happy about this as you can probabaly tell! Initally my purchase tracked at a much higher rate, then it disappeared, i lodged a claim, then it was declined, then disputed, then a lower cashback offered and now declined! I only bought the damn microwave from them as i based it purely on the high cashback they were offering, this is nothing less than fraud on their part! I know you always say cashback is guaranteed but if you base purchase in good faith and trust the supplier honour their promise you're being ripped off if they don't see their side of it through!! Please let me know where i can email a copy of my receipt and warranty to? I'm not letting this one go on principle, they've kept me waiting for several months stringing me along and then let me down!!!!!!! I seriously think you should withdraw Currys from the TCB website and again i'd urge you to look at all the many others that have had the same problem as me!!!

Cashback tracked, but was supposed to be at a special offer higher rate of 2%. Instead they just awarded the regular 1% which, on my large purchase, was a significant difference. Will think twice before using Currys again.

Bought a £700 laptop and was expecting £15 CB. Tracked as £7. Tried to make a claim but was told to wait as the tracked amount is sometimes lower and adjusts to full amount when CB becomes payable. It didn't. By the time it became payable (7 months later) it was too late to make a claim. Shame on you Currys!
