	Untrustworthy. I made a £12 purchase on Currys and they declined it for no apparent reason. Still good to buy from, but cashback? Nah.

	no cash back refund I have online purchase for 3 orders under top cash back web site. But they only can claim for 1 order, the other 2 orders they don't give it back. It's cheating.

	Declined my cashback even though I did nothing wrong I placed a very big order and have been waiting for my cashback for 4 months, and then it was declined. I've thought all along that Curry's would weasel out of paying my cashback and they have, and there's nothing I can do about it. Next time I need appliances I'll try AO :(

	Didnt get the Extra % advertised for buying a PC Monitor Avoid this retailers offer of boosted cashback on certain product categories e.g TV's, monitors, laptops ect as they will act disingenously and issue you the lowest rate cashback they currently offer. Monitors where specifically on 4.5% cashback while the generic cashback for any purchase was 1%, I purchased a monitor as specified and instead of the 4.5% award was given 1%. Just use another retailer instead of relying on the fake cashback promises of these cowboys.

	Declined claims seem to becoming a regular thing! For the second time, my cashback has been declined by Currys who have said that I didn't visit their website through Top Cashback. Absolute rubbish! I did, on both occasions. It seems convenient for them that I've made some very big purchases and had my claims declined. Next time I'll use AO.

	Cashback decreased without reason After 2 months of waiting for cashback it got reduced from around 40£ to 7.95£ without any reason. Not fair

	Worst retailer ever I've been waiting over a year for the correct amount from these shysters! Promise you 7% but give you 1% on a £400 TV. Headline grabbing creeps. Do not!! Expect the correct cashback from these chancers. Avoid!!!

	No cashback given on TV purchase Bought a TV in 2021 worth over £1000, refused to pay the cashback. 2023 after much chasing they still denied my request after second review. Very poor.

	Oh? Another one? I'm another example of Currys declining cashback for a genuine transaction. Lots of that happening recently - end of the financial year and budget spent?? When will TCB see all these reviews and do something about them..? In the meantime, I'll avoid Currys.

	Weaselled their way out of 1% cashback So after the cashback was put on ice for several months they have decided that I shouldn't get £2.75 as it wasnt the last click, or whatever...Their decision is final etc. Is it even worth it nowadays

	Poor merchant Currys is a very poor partner for top cahs back- The seem to include offers then decline the cashback request Ive had two in the past year - one of which was sorted, but another has been ongoing now for at least six months. It seems that if its a small cashback they will pay but anything over £25 say for a TV then forget it

	Incorrect cashback applied Incorrect purchase value was used and was around 1/3 less than the true value. Top cashback will not allow me to raise a support ticket as it was over 90 days ago presumably. Not worth the time and effort. Better off using a cashback credit card.

	Total con Turned down my cashback claim because they apparently couldn't be sure Top Cashback was the source of the purchase. £30 lost from the same company who sent me a 'please come back' voucher that was supposed to be worth £30 and at checkout was only worth £10. So I didn't use the voucher and bought the item through Top Cashback, then Curry's refused to pay out the cashback. Highly dishonest business practices, won't be buying anything from them again.

	Roku TV Bought a 50" Roku TV for £250 at Curry's, emails to keep me informed of delivery details also free Apple TV for 3months. Got £11.41 cashback, great service from Currys and Topcashback ??

	Declined my 10% cashback for a television. I wouldn't have bought from them otherwise. They reel you in with promises and then refuse to pay out.
