If the product is highlighted with a 'Next Day Delivery' message, you can choose this option and receive it the following day if you order by 10.30pm Monday-Sunday. With standard delivery, most goods will arrive in 2-5 days (excluding Bank Holidays) and be delivered between 8am and 8pm Monday-Saturday or 10am-5pm on Sundays.

Opt for stated day delivery and you can choose a convenient date for you up to seven days in advance (excluding Bank Holidays). If you buy large products, such as furniture, or direct dispatch items, you will be given an idea of the delivery date when you place your order.

You can also decide to have your package sent to a ParcelShop location for you to collect at your convenience.
