I was exceptionall pleased to find this company via cashback as the items I required were rather specialist. I definately would recommend buying from Dance Direct, the cashback rate is excellent and delivery within 2 days was great

Really disappointed with this company, the customer service is very poor. They sent me shoes which were massive (since got the same size from another shop which were fine). Took ages to refund my payment and then refused to refund my £3 postage!! Got onto Trading Standards who said I am entitled to return postage under Consumer Protection Distant Selling Regulations 2000. Still waiting for my refund!
