Not only did (cleaners?) steal from my room on my last day, months later they have refused cashback, and Topcashback have been no help whatsoever.

Dont expect cash-back from these guys, TWO occasions (one o which took 9 months to sort out) never went through. They claim you go through a 3rd party not TCB.

Worst firm i have given money to. Spent two nights at the Chorley Days Inn and when i got home i had a £200 fine for parking two nights on the car park because they did not enter our reg number on the pc Rang some yank at head office and was told to sort it out myself with the parking company , Cr--p all round service and poor old hotel .

Tracks but they don't pay cashback... happened on two occasions. Pitty leaves a bitter taste on a hotel that's good.
