	Cashback tracked at £21.21 and confirmed at 18p! Quite a con. Debenhams were good for travel insurance until I needed to make a claim and they are still dragging their feet, so I'm not just out of pocket on the cashback but on thousands of pounds worth of flights and accommodation. Will not be using them again.

	Another 4 - 5 weeks on since i last posted and still no sign of my cashback,30 weeks in total.Also Debenhams have not yet sent me the £50 Debenhams vouchers which were an added incentive from Debenhams directly.Supposed to be sent within 60 days of paying the 6th premium,i paid my 8th premium last week.Nothing to do with TCB,i know,but people should be aware of this very poor service.

	It says in the statistics 'average payment time 15 weeks'.Well in my case (over 50 life ins) i have been waiting about 25 weeks.After going through the enquiry process.TCB have reported that these type of transactions have a validation period of 6 months,which is not mentioned anywhere before doing the transaction.Perhaps an update of information is overdue.
