	Poor reason for decline Maybe I was foolish to decide on a purchase based on a boosted cashback rate. The item Debenhams sold wasn't the cheapest on price comparison, but on this day their cashback was boosted quite high so I took the plunge. The sole reason for the purchase was the rate offered on TCB. The claim was declined and the reason given was "Debenhams state they haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed via TCB" and that's their final decision. It was a high % cashback, so it doesn't surprise me it was declined, it just aggravates me that they are allowed to advertise these rates and then decline claims with a reason that can't be evidenced. I coukd have purchased it cheaper elsewhere, but I was drawn in by the increased cashback, my own fault for putting faith in all parties.

	Delivered the wrong product & 4 months later still not received a refund Only way to get through to customer service is to whatsapp message or apple messenger - and this can take days to get a reply which often missed the point. They act as an intermediary rather than stockist on most items - so beware their T's & C's They went bust for a reason & should have stayed that way - do not use1

	They did not honour the cashback I followed the usual process but they declined the cashback claim.

	Debenhams don't give cashback Always the same each time I've ordered, TCB never tracks and customer service claims Debenhams don't have a record of the order via TCB. Don't waste your time going through TCB. As well as the issue with not getting cashback for orders worth hundreds of pounds, Debenhams customer service is also the worst. Won't be purchasing from them again.

	Do not honour cash back I have used Debenhams in preference ro o other suppliers of similar goods for the cash back they advertise But despite following all the guides , time and time again the cash back is not honoured

	Quick, Easy & Consistent.............. I purchase quite often from Debenhams through Topcashback, and Debenhams always pay out quickly and consistently without error. What's not to love if you're going to make the purchase anyway.

	Debenhams failed to confirm the purchase Debenhams failed to confirm the purchase. I made every effort to make sure it was active and had to make a claim. Debenhams refused the claim and top cashback gave me the amount themselves, which is awesome on their part thank you. I wont use debenhams for cash back now though.

	An all too familiar cashback pattern forming Another retailer turning down genuine cashback pretending that purchase either didn't meet conditions or made via a different channel!!

	Had to raise a claim Bought from Debenhams on 3 seperate occaisions and cashback declined on all 3, so had to manually raise 3 claims. These were paid out, but i wasted a lot of time for a few pound when it seems they were automatcally declined as there were 3 on the trott. I will try and buy my stuff elsewhere in future - I'm very disappointed at Debenhams. Well done Topcashback for sorting it out for me.

	Declined with no reason. Debenhams have declined my cash back and with no reason. The order was not amended nor returned so no idea why they have declined it. I have opened a case with them but had no reply.

	Doesn't pay Spurious reasons "didn't meet the conditions" offered for a declined payment - not correct. Very poor!

	Great Cash back tracked and paid in good time contrary to many others who take 6 months and I even forget about it and then its declined and say can't be traced.

	Doesn't track, takes months to reply to claim, then refuses to pay. Really disappointing that Debenhams invent false reasons not to pay out a mere £1.66. After months of waiting, they have told TCB that my order was "cancelled, returned, or refunded”. This is completely untrue and I still wear the garment every week! Poor.

	Frustrating I was declined £13+ cashback from Debenhams basically because they sent us the wrong item, so it had to be returned and replaced - but because of this my cashback was decline. This was very frustrating because it was down to Debenhams error that the item had to be replaced. I have to add that TopCashBack we’re excellent from their customer service, they recompensed our cashback themselves without me asking. Top class service from TopCahsback.

	Don't bother - look elsewhere Declined cashback - all tracked fine but they will never pay. No reason for declining. If you think the purchase is cheaper because of the cashback, then look elsewhere... ZERO STAR!
