TERRIBLE!!! Submitted a claim for missing cashback in March. Have just heard that, similar to other people's experiences, they are wriggling out of paying by saying: 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Top CashBack says that this suggests that my commission (or cashback) was credited to another referrer and not Top CashBack, i.e. another website. However, this was definitely not the case. I will avoid using Debenhams online from now on. Very poor for such a large organisation.

Same excuses given as for the previous respondent when ticket put in. What a load of rubbish just an excuse from debenhams not to pay - sick of companies wriggling out of paying cashback
