Very easy to order online and get order processed. Efficient service as updates were received via email.
However, the collection point at the wedding shop was not the best experience. I was directed to the location but when I arrived I waited for the assistant to acknowledge me but I was ignored. I had to actually speak up as she continued with paperwork she was working on. The assistant's attitude was brusque and it all seemed too much trouble.
The returns process in store was more efficient though than the collection and the assistant was more helpful and pleasant.

The order was returned to Debenhams by the courier without any attempt at delivery during the heavy snow period. A full refund was given however after a short time. Cashback still tracked and payable.
