Cashback didnt track, raised claim in july 17, cashback declined in jan 18. Not only was it declined it took 6months to get a response!!!!

There was an attempted of the goods, which were then immediately returned to Debenhams and the order refunded. There was no opportunity for my to collect them or re-arrange delivery. I got a full and immediate refund so I didn't lose money but I actually wanted the items. What a bizarre way to run a business.
