Terrible. Have bought numerous items from Debenhams and either the cashback is declined or it's recorded as zero. I had to give it one star as the system wouldn't let me rate less than this!

It took a while for the monies to come through but the overall purchasing and collecting of the goods I'd ordered was quick and painless. I even received a £5.00 voucher to spend on future purchases in store.
