Totally wasted my time. Kept putting me on a 5 minute timer claiming the website was too busy and they can't allow too many people on at one time. Once is enough, but to do it again...I just had to leave what was in my basket

I have no real complaints about this particular transaction as it all went through smoothly and would have happily given 4 or 5 stars. The reason for the 2 star review is due to a rather large transaction that I made 2 weeks ago not tracking. A shame but these things do happen i guess.

Had to raise a claim as it didn't track only to be told months later that they allocated referral to another company! I am extremely careful when it comes to clicking through to sites and believe benefit have short changed me!

Debenhams did not pay out for me. I made two transactions on two different days. Both got rejected. They argued I apparently clicked on another site before theirs which voided the Cashback. What a load of S I did no such thing. Anyway wont shop with Debenhams anymore.
