DON'T BOTHER. They lie to avoid paying out cashback. Chase and chase and chase (via TCB customer services) and then discover that they lie and say you didn't go through TCB to place your order.

Cashback didnt track ,so i put in a manual claim that was rejected as they couldnt prove that topcashback was the last provider i went through .Even though when you go to put in your untracked claim you pick a retailer then you click on the date and time that it was purchased but they still cant prove it, alot of carp.Well don topcashback!

Have had to submit missing cash back claims for every transaction with Debenhams. About half get paid eventually. Don't have this problem with other merchants. Never going to order online from Debenhams again.
