Once again Debenhams have refused to pay cash back even though I have gone through proper connection, not used a code from outside cashback and have claimed on items that are allowed. These are large amounts I am spending and being let down on. Shame on Debenhams. I have only given them a star because the review won't submit without it.

I have several outstanding claims with Debenhams which they are not too keen on paying - I will avoid using this retailer for all purchases in the future and would suggest you do the same - not happy!!!
