Quick emails from Debenhams following my order and further emails re. despatch. Good quality products. My only disappointment was in the packaging of the garments. I had ordered the garments as Xmas presents and expected far neater packages with printed cardboard around the garments - hence the 3 stars against quality of product - product was fine, packaging not so good.

Not impressed. I ordered a duvet and two covers. The covers arrived, but they had run out of duvets. Covers not much use for a product I did not have. I looked at Tesco and they had the same product, cheaper and available next day!!

My purchase tracked within hours and was payable within 6 weeks! Delivery times were fast and they had a helpful no nonsense returns policy as well. A+

Goods arrived over a period of weeks, in a variety of parcels. Had to return an item, far too much bother, took Debenhams six weeks to reimburse me.

Easy to use retailers website. Good (proactive) communication from retailer when delivery was potentially going to be late in dispatching. A few of the boxes were a little bashed in transit - product still useable.

WHAT A WASTE of time i made an order of christmas presents only to be emailed 2 days later to be told that they were unable to fulfil order due to lack of stock, i called them and was told to reorder, whats the point of that if they not got the stock in the first place.... Well disappointed in such a big company... wont be shopping here again!

Has successfully tracked for all 3 purchases so far, confirmed quickly and I've received my first payment more quickly than I expected.
Delivery from Debenhams is fast and the returns by post are easy (with no problems returning this way so far). Not possible to return some concessions to store though.
