	So I needed a new pair of shoes for work, but I work in a primary school. Often running from ground floor to the third. Work shoes need to be smart, and comfortable, and match with whatever I’m wearing. I was actually blown away by the amount of variety of styles and colours. The heal is about an inch or a little more. They’re so comfortable I wore them all day. I had lots of comments about how nice the shoes are. I’ve already got my eye on a few other models. 	Done an online shop so easy phones the shop with reference no they went and searched for the boots told me they were in stock and they put them away for me just went and picked them up later no problem can’t fault anything about service

	Deichmann Store 0107 Poole, great store, and very helpful staff one member of staff really help and went out of her way, her name was danielle. I was shopping with my daughter to get birthday presents for my partner. I was unsure and she help with the discussion making sure it was right. And my partner loved it. Will definitely be going back

	I visited your Taunton branch and as always was given brilliant customer service. My daughter has particularly wide feet and it is very difficult finding appreciate footwear for her. I was assisted by Mirjamm who was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you so much.

	Shopped in the wakefield deichman store yesterday & found it really easy to find exactly what I wanted. This was great as it was a Christmas present for my uncle. I even had some help off a friendly staff member about which colour & design to choose & got home really happy with my purchase which as also really reasonably priced so it was a win win! Will be Deffo coming back soon for another browse for myself.

	I always happy with service in High Wycombe branch especially guy named Marian. He is always helpful and nice to me and other customers. Very friendly and polite. Definitely we need more of that kind of people serve us Customers that we could always happy to come back.

	This was my first visit and purchase at the Eastbourne branch of Deichman. The experience was a good one. The store was clean and tidy. Shies etc good prices. The staff were helpful and friendly. I most certainly will return and recommend this branch to family and friends. Thank you.

	I would like to make a complaint about a female member of staff at the Deichman store in Sunderland . Today I made a purchase in the store and was served by a more mature female member of staff who without any kind of friendliness and using a total monotone voice and attitude served me . I am not one to write such negative reviews but I feel the need to make the point that when you are being served in any shop the sales person has a duty to be polite and reasonably friendly towards the customer just as the customer has the same obligation , its called mutual respect , something this lady has obviously not heard of . She is lucky that I was in rather a hurry otherwise I would have prefered to make my objections strongly felt to her personally and probably would have handed the purchase back asking for a refund .
