Zero stars would be more appropriate.
Deliveroo relentlessly declines cashback; have had many claims declined after not tracking and you can read for yourself that many members have similar experiences. TCB should remove this merchant from the site.

Something is clearly wrong with the tracking pixel on their end. I realised today Deliveroo hasn't been tracking for a long long long time.

Please enable Apple Pay on MacOS
Apple Pay works fine on iOS and iPadOS. It's surprising for it to not be available on MacOS. Please make an update for this.

i order deliveroo 3 to 4 times weekly. whether i can receive cashback really depends on luck... i order via mobile app. sometimes they can trace my orders, however, they cannot trace my orders like 10 in a row recently...

Often rejects legitimate claims and also doesn’t track claims and requires lodging a compliant to get claim tracked.
Used to track much better but recently it’s been about 50/50 and deliveroo themselves seem to be worse as well.

Avoid, they don't track and decline all claims.
This is a complete joke. All 4 of my recent Deliveroo claims have been declined! Deliveroo never tracks, I've had to create a claim for literally every Deliveroo purchase!
Of the 4 recent claims..... 1 has been declined as a credit was used... and that's the only one they managed to track?! How convenient!
Absolutely ridiculous, why are they even on your site when they act in such bad faith?
