The buying of the item was fine, but it took nearly 8 months to get the cashback. Even after contacting support multiple times the answer was always, "sorry, but there's nothing we can do".

Had an issue with tracking, was fixed in August. Been waiting since and has just changed to payable. The wait was quite long but that was to be expected.

Terrible. Don't rely on your cashback from them!! Sale completed online but after it was all complete there was a small 'issue' and they wanted to complete the sale direct - thereby avoiding cashback. Yes, they offered a discount but I was still out of pocket. Avoid!!
