I found purchasing from Dell interesting, firstly putting the order onto the system was straight forward with no issues. When the expected delivery date was being pushed back I called to confirm that everything was OK and was informed that there was a compatibility issue which was not flagged up at the time of ordering. I was put through to their customer services in Ireland who were very helpful & DID phone you back and everything was sorted out. My system (+ a few FOC little extras) was fast tracked through the system & I had the machine in 48hrs.

This offer was 3.5% just a day or 2 ago - why have TCB dropped it to just 3%? I bought my laptop 3 days ago and it's still not tracked yet - I hope I get 3.5%!
