Had a few problems with technical presales support (which have now been resolved) but was pleased to see the Server arrive a week early (Ordered Friday, Order accepted Sunday, Delivered Wednesday).

Came through very quickly, payment taken approx 6 weeks to become payable. Major issue with Dell, took almost 2 months to order product, but apparently they are usually good. Laptop excellent so far!
