I ordered 4 patterns yesterday at about 4pm. They arrived in this morning's post at 9am. Now that is what I call service. Also, the cashback has tracked immediately to "confirmed". I would highly recommend them.

Deramores is one of the best online yarn stores around. They have a large range which they regularly expand, including some less 'mainstream' brands which can be difficult to buy elsewhere. However, they always have new yarns available as soon as they are released in a large range of shades. But it's not just this that makes Deramores exceptional - their customer service and the experience they offer to shoppers is absolutely second to none. I'm pretty sure they've discovered FTL travel or have access to a wormhole because their dispatch and delivery services operate at a scorching speed; it's not unusual - in fact it's the norm - for your purchases to be with you within 24-48 hours, often before the estimated date they send you on their confirmation emails. This applies equally to paid for and free delivery which is generously offered on orders over £25. They run frequent special offers and discount codes as events or 'treats' as well as ongoing multibuy savings for bulk yarn or pattern orders. On the very rare occasion that there's been a problem, it's easy to contact them, you get an actual person on the phone or an individually written email rather than a form response and their staff are unfailingly polite and efficient. They will always rectify the issue with minimum fuss and in your favour. I have to stress here that problems are very rare, but of more importance than the number of issues encountered by customers of any company is the way the company handles and resolves these issues and Deramores cannot be faulted in this regard, which is something to be celebrated in this day and age. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy yarn or knitting products online and discovering that they were registered with topcashback was the icing on the cake for me! I can't comment on the performance of the sites in conjunction yet - my purchases have been tracked but nothing has been paid yet - but I can review Deramores in general as a company and give th

EXCEPTIONAL. I placed an order at 10.30pm last night and the cashback is showing and being processed this morning.
This is my 3rd order, and find Deramores to offer a wide choice, fast service and simple buying process. Will use again, they are my first port of call for buying yarn and patterns now due to their first class service. Highly recommended on my experiences
