AVOID - DHL don't payout! check the reviews.
Next day delivery with DHL took four days!
Box arrived split open, with one missing item and another damaged item. The claims process has been very time consuming and not yet resolved.
Cashback transaction din't track, topcashback submitted the claim and DHL came back with with transaction was "cancelled, returned or refunded"!
The tracking shows the item as delivered late. There's also an email confirming late delivery.
Another company to avoid.

Cashback doesn't track
For many months, cashback has not tracked with this vendor, requiring a missing cashback claim to be submitted.
They have now started to decline my missing cashback claims with the reason that I have used a discount code. This is factually incorrect.
To be fair the DHL service is usually very reliable with next day deliveries, so I can't fault them there. I will continue to use them, but it would be nice to receive cashback for my purchases too.

Reliable courier service. However the last three orders have not tracked and they did not honour the NOV05 discount code. Indeed, they deducted the amount from the basket and then took the full payment anyway.

Parcel to Germany got returned for no reason, had to book again, was ok 2nd time, but not happy about the delay and no compensation. I have used before to Germany and they were ok. In April I sent a parcel to France which got returned for no reason but to wrong address, had a fight with them to pay out for compensation, they did eventually but it wasted a lot of my time, cheap service but has problems.

Awful service. Failed to notify me of delivery slot. Contacted company who said they would impliment straight away, and 4 hours later, nothing. Contacted them again and gave me a delivery slot - driver had no record of the collection. Following day, got a misterious refund and informed delivery was being returned because dimensions were incorrect (apparently by a matter of a cm or two) - appalling company. Avoid at all costs!

The worst company ever. The parcel should be deliver within 5 days but it is still in UK and now I can not track it and they do not want to say it is lost. AVOID
