I've been buying their annual and single trip policies for years now, whenever I rent a car overseas on holiday. They sell insurance that covers the massive excess you typically have to accept when renting a hire car. Its a no-frills brand, but looks like 100% owned by AIG, one of the world's biggest insurers. Never had to make a claim, so count myself lucky, until a recent trip to Iceland. There was a chip on the windscreen. Hertz of course charged my credit card right on the spot. The amount was in the hundreds, but still below their excess (£1000+). Got home, submitted my claim a week later via email.... and got confirmation of reimbursement just 2 days later! Super surprised at the quick turnaround and the effortless process. Going to be a lifelong customer now. What's not to like? Easy to buy online, competitive pricing, and the claims process was easy and paid out without a fuss.
