Unannounced late charge added - beware!
"Wave goodbye to paying too much for ferry crossings" they say.
Yet they add a £5.99 fee AFTER you put all traveller details in.
I ended up booking direct with ferry company for no cashback, but avoided the late, unannounced charge.

No confirmation for over 2 days. I had to wait over 90min on the phone to speak to an adviser and she could not help me. I have seldom experienced such an appalling service

I ve been teying for almost three weeks to amend a reservation that i did on direct ferries to for a ferey from piraeus to chania crete o to make it on the 29 th of july instrad 30 th of july . I get confirmations by email thatbitvis done then the next day a mail saying that it has not been done veey slow custommer service in replying and you have to call a uk landline where u do an int call they keep you waiting for 15 min ir so and nothing changes . So far a big failure and i would not recommend to anyone
