Fireplace is lovely, but the topcashback offer is a con - they have declined our payout of £79 ... with no reason - we met all the Top Cashback criteria - feels like they just use this as a carrot then decline it - I see I'm not the only one who has experienced this.

We got the fireplace after finding ours on Topcashback and although we claimed manually the cashback they refused it. If i would have known i would have bought from somewhere else! Will not recommenced seller!

Love our fireplace. Didn't track had to request manual search took about 3 weeks to sort it. Paid out in about 12 weeks. Would recommend
