Cash back tracked and then nothing after three months. Tried to lodge a missing cash back claim but only Direct Line home insurance is on the list and at a lower cash back rate. So not possible to lodge a cash back claim. I'll let ou know if I can get any sense from suppport on this.

Only have one small property. Need to click through and get new quote, then purchase. Could not even get a quote on line, have to call. direct line to quote, so even if competitive price, you cannot click through and purchase to get cash back. I think they have only got cash back advertised to get noticed.
