I've used this retailer twice now since discovering it in topcashback. The transactions tracked both times. There was a blip with the second order but customer service dealt with it perfectly. I will continue to use them.

Ordered from Disc Supp's many times. Their products, delivery and telephone customer service has always been first class.
Additionally cashback always tracks and pays without any difficulty.
Keep an eye out for their emails with 10% off codes.

I bought a product which is quite hard to find elsewhere. I came by return at a good price and with free p & p. I haven't had any notification of cashback so maybe it doesn't track but the service is good enough that I would use this website even without cashback.

Further to my report below. I said I'd update this if they came good.
They eventually delivered after approx 2 weeks and a few calls. They also refunded £ 10-00 from my order which I think was fair of them.
No sign of cashback but they came good with the delivery and service in the end.

My husband has used DS for many years, so when we found that we could claim money back for each purchase via TCB, we thought we would sign up and see if it worked. I have to say we didn't think it would as there are alot of scams on the net, but.. we were plesantly surprised! we had no problems with our purchases and the proccess went through very easily. TCB has an easy to understand instruction as to how it all works, showing you exactly how everything works, timelines etc. The 1 thing you must keep in mind when using TCB is it is not an intant money maker, you have to wait for up to 6 weeks (sometimes longer) but if you shop online quite a bit, you will start to make regular money (even if it is only a few quid lol!) we use it for every online purchase, and it really helps to get our money back!

Woeful. Had a bad experience (refused cashback for bogus reason) in 2009. Thought maybe I was just unlucky. Tried them again Aug 2011. Twelve days since I ordered now and:
1) I still don't have my item
2) There is still no sign of any tracked cashback
3) They took the money out of my account the same day I ordered - that part they got right.
but they have taken the money off my credit card.
They also delivered some other customers goods to my house in error. I then had to wait in a full day so their courier could collect them.
Twice is not unlucky - it's indicative of a shoddy company.
I'm fair and will update this if they eventually come good. But based on my two experiences with this company I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
