Sale never tracks
I order from the Disney Store once a month, and every month I have to lodge a missing claim. I've used the Disney Store on this site for a few years but it only seems to be this year the issue has started.

Last two transactions haven't tracked, raised tickets and 3 months after raising the ticket still no response. Losing faith and trust after such a long period of no response.
