Good service but once your order has been sent through to the warehouse to be picked you can't cancel it. Ordered an item before Christmas and realised within about 10 minutes that I'd duplicated the order. Rang Customer Services straight away only to be told that the order couldn't be cancelled - item didn't actually arrive until at least a week later.

My purchase didn't register first of all, however between the TopCashBack customer service team and Disney it was resolved quickly and without hassle. Would always go back to the Disney store for gifts!!
